At Snout Grey, every order is fulfilled by our US-based supplier network and shipped directly to your door from within the United States. No international warehouses. No customs delays. No surprise fees. Just fast, reliable delivery for you and your senior pet.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods (holidays, sale events) or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items such as orthopedic beds and pet ramps. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@snoutgrey.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at hello@snoutgrey.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Snout Grey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@snoutgrey.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
