Some of us remember the exact moment it changed.
It wasn't dramatic. It was a Tuesday morning. We reached down to clip the leash, and our dog — who had always jumped up to meet us — took a little longer to get off her bed. She got there. Why We Exist
The US pet industry is enormous. There are stores for puppies, stores for active dogs, stores for every breed and size and personality. But when it came to senior pets — the ones with the grey muzzles, the stiff mornings, the slower afternoons — we found a category treated as an afterthought. A checkbox. A filter on a general pet store.
